Course Booking Terms

We're committed to making personal safety training accessible and affordable for everyone. We understand life can be unpredictable, and our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and clear, while ensuring our ability to keep courses accessible for all.

Tje policy is provided on our booking form and  by booking your place you hace agreed to accept the  policy.
It is impoarnat to understaand that when  you book place a course the agreement is for you to have a right of attendance, attendance is your responsibility.

Our Policy:

Early Booking Diccount

The full disocunted course fee must be paid 14 days in advance to avail oif the €195 early booking fee.

 

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Booking:

• If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase, you'll receive a full refund.

Cancellations With at Least 2 Weeks' Notice:

• If you need to cancel after the initial 24-hour period but still provide at least 14 days' notice, we're happy to offer a transfer or credit towards a future course date or allow you tranfer you bookig to a suitable repklecement ( must be over 18)

Short-Notice Cancellations (Less Than 2 Weeks):

• Due to the nature of our training, we cannot refill spots canceled on short notice. Unfortunately, cancellations with less than two weeks’ notice cannot be refunded .

Extended Delay

• If you're unable to attend training for an extended periods, please reach out to us directly. We'll gladly hold your course credit so you can rebook when you're ready to resume training.

Our mission is to provide high-quality self-defense training to as many people as possible at a fair and accessible price. To maintain this ensure we can offer this  accessibility, we must apply this policty with no exceptions.
