Our full Level 1 Self Defence Programme runs as a 12-week course or an intensive 2-day course.

We recognise that not everyone can commit to that time right now, so we’re testing a new Essential Self Defence Skills option designed to deliver high-impact skills quickly.

This allow you take the first Six weeks or Day 1 or our programm and get rapid access to Essential Self Defence skils.

Format:

  • 1 full day, or

  • 6 classes × 90 minutes

  • How to detect danger early and avoid assault (fail the inter view)

      • Predator Strategies
  • How to prevent an ambush (sucker punch, Grab)

  • How to escape common grabs: headlocks. bear hugs, choke.

  • “Blast Your Way to Safety” — a simple framework to break contact and get to safety fast

  • Knife Survival: How to survide a surprise knofe attack
  • Ground Survical: How to defend formo teh ground and escape
