12-Week Fitness and Performance Challenge

For anyone who wants to kick off 2025 to a great start working on fitness, performance mindset, and personal goals.

This course helps you make the first 12 weeks of 2025 count.

Whether you want to improve your fitness, lose weight, develop a performance mindset, or set yourself up to achieve your goals, this course is for you.

To help you achieve your own personal goals

You will be provided with a fantastic planning framework that you can apply to give yourself your best chance of meeting your own goals.

The challenge will include detailed lessons on how to use the framework and support you through applying it over the first 12 weeks.

Performance Mindset: You will receive weekly training on developing and implementing a High-Performance Mindset

Weight loss

If weight loss is your goal you will get access to my strategy for losing 4 stone, and getting fitter and stronger at 58 than I was in my 30s, plus you will get unlimited personal support from me over the 12 weeks. This will be a private subgroup in the programme
