What You Will Learn on This Self Defence Course

Our self defence course teaches you practical skills you can use immediately. This is not a martial arts class — it is a structured programme designed to teach everyday people how to protect themselves and their families from violent assault.

The course combines psychology, situational awareness, and easy-to-learn physical techniques in a step-by-step programme. You will learn how to recognise danger before it escalates, how to de-escalate confrontation, and what to do if you have no choice but to defend yourself.

Every technique is based on the body’s natural reactions, so they are easy to learn and easy to remember under pressure — even months after the course ends.
