Level 2: Updates: OCT 7

We have a lot on between now and the end of the year.

We are pre-launching our FCAT Female Counter Assault Course to our past students. Early booking is essential, as we will open this course to our full newsletter very soon, and it will fill very fast. This course will take place Saturday Nov 1, there is a discounted fee for past students and their friends and family.

We have two 1 day Level 2 courses left this year. Our weekly classes can be joined, and our first Level 2 course of 2026 can now be booked.

Our Parent and Teen course for November is full, and we have set another date for February 7, 2024.

Level 2 Full Day Courses

Ground Survival  Saturday, Oct 11


 Fighting from the ground and practical ground survival tactics.

Beyond Technique Saturday, Dec 13
Build your unique self-defence game based on your individual attributes based on the 7 cour concepts we use.

Level 2 Weekly Training

When: Every Monday, 8:30–10:00 pm
 How to join: Jump into the current semester up to Christmas, or train on a rolling monthly basis.

2026 First 12 Week course

Core combat skills (street-smart punching and kicking), conditioning, and a built-in fitness challenge.

Repeat Core Course (Past Students)

Past students can repeat our Core 12-Week or 2-Day course at a discounted fee of €145.

  • Next 12-Week course starts Wednesday, Oct 15

FCAT – Annual Female Counter-Assault Course

Date & Time: Saturday, Nov 1, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

This is  our annual female Counter Assault course, this course covers self defence issues specific to women and teenage girls  13+ can attend with a participating adult.
This course only runs once a year

This course is perfect for women and teenage girls who want to be able to protect themselves but do not or cannot take the  full 12 week / 2 Day course

This course is also perfect for past students, who can bring friends and family.
Past training with us is NOT required

Past Student Pre-Launch Offer (Today Only): €95
* Friends/Family of past students can also avail of this reduced fee

 (Full fee €145; group discounts available.)

Parent & Teen Option: Girls 13+ can attend with a participating parent.

Limited Places: We’re giving past students first access. General bookings open soon and this course usually fills fast (it runs just once a year).
